The North Fork of the Wabash Cannonball Trail is now six miles longer! The expansion starts from just outside of Oak Openings Preserve and extends west to St. Rt. 109 near the village of Delta.

The 46-mile long rail trail is now paved for the first 15 miles starting from North Jerome Road in Maumee. It continues to Montpelier, Ohio, mostly unpaved, with another paved stretch east of Wauseon. See this Metroparks' blog post for more info: Another Six Miles of Wabash Cannonball Trail Paved
